Step away from the noise and spend a peaceful afternoon on the farm—surrounded by goats, chickens, farm fields, and wide open skies. This relaxed outdoor experience is your invitation to slow down, move gently, and reconnect with yourself through mindful yoga and hands-on creativity.

We’ll begin with a grounding yoga session suitable for all bodies—no experience needed—followed by a meditative invitation for introspection, and time for a creative expression inspired by the theme “Holding On and Letting Go.” Whether you feel called to express through paint, color outside the lines, or simply journal in stillness among nature and friends, this event creates space for reflection, release, and renewal.

All art supplies will be included so just bring yourself and a yoga mat or towel! Please wear clothes you don’t mind getting a little messy.
