Step away from the hustle of daily life and join 925 Wellness and Middling Farms for Grounding with Goats, a unique farm experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect with nature, and enjoy some lighthearted fun.
We'll begin with a gentle, all-levels yoga flow while our friendly goats wander through the area, often stopping by for cuddles, curiosity, and the occasional photo opportunity. Not feeling like moving? That's perfectly okay. You're welcome to simply relax on your mat, breathe deeply, soak up the fresh air, and enjoy the peaceful farm setting.
This experience is less about perfect poses and more about being present. Whether you're joining friends, bringing family, or coming solo, you'll have plenty of opportunities to interact with the goats, laugh, unwind, and spend meaningful time outdoors.
No yoga experience is necessary—just come as you are and be ready for a memorable morning on the farm.
