About the event
Step away from the everyday and join 925 Wellness and Middling Farms for a Halloween morning of movement, goats, treats, and a little bit of farmyard magic.
We'll start with a gentle, all-levels yoga flow surrounded by our friendly goats. Expect curious noses, plenty of laughs, a few cuddle opportunities, and probably at least one goat who has absolutely no respect for your personal space.
After yoga, we'll have Halloween treats for everyone—including cider and seasonal treats —plus a little something special for the grown-ups and the kids to take home.
Come in costume, come as you are, bring the whole family, or gather your favorite people for a morning that feels more like play than a workout.
No yoga experience is necessary. You don't have to be flexible, coordinated, or particularly good at yoga. You just need to be ready to move a little, laugh a lot, and enjoy…
